The circumstances of a season can be tough, tiresome and sometimes leave you to question why you decided to coach.
There are many times when I remember asking myself and God; “am I the coach that this team needs?”  We all at time struggle with doubt, rough circumstances and question whether we are the right man for the job.  This is normal.  However, when you are called by God to lead, you can be sure that you are indeed the right man for the job! True Greatness
“Only carefully obey the command and instruction that Moses the LORD’s servant gave you: to love the LORD your God, walk in all His ways, keep His commands, remain faithful to Him, and serve Him with all your heart and all your soul.” (Joshua 22:5)

Notice carefully the end of this verse in Joshua. We are to serve God with ALL our heart and soul.
As we enter the summer baseball season, some of you are getting to play with new teammates and in new places.   Others of you have been playing with each other since April (or longer).
