Bob has been associated with FCA Power Baseball for eight years, joining the Board in 2005. He has coached for FCA power at all levels from 14u through collegiate age, including his current stint with the FCA Loudoun Rangers. Bob also coaches both baseball and basketball at Trinity Christian School, where he is currently an Assistant Baseball Coach. He was born in Niagara Falls, New York, attended Michigan State University and moved to Vienna, Virginia 19 years ago from California. Bob has been married to his wife Cyndy for 29 years and they have two children. Bob and Cyndy attend McLean Bible Church. He is an active member of a men’s small group.
Bob is an Occupation Sales Manager for The Clorox Company.

Todd comes to FCA full-time after spending 12 years as a volunteer with the FCA Power Baseball program, including past President of the Board. He has been a Head Coach with the FCA Power Baseball program, Head Coach with the Demarini Stars Showcase program and has coached thirteen (13) years as a Virginia High School Coach; including: Assistant Coach with the Oakton High School Cougars (2009-Present), W.T. Woodson Cavaliers High School program (2008) and the Falls Church Jaguars High School program (2001-2002); and was the Head Coach for the J.E.B. Stuart Raiders High School baseball program (2003-2007). In the off-season, Coach Burger can be found working as a pitching and catching instructor.
Todd grew up in Rockland County, New York and moved to the Washington, D.C. area after graduating from Purchase College. He worked fourteen (14) years on Capitol Hill as Deputy Chief of Staff for Congressman Benjamin A. Gilman. After leaving Capitol Hill he became employed with the Fairfax County School System.
Todd first became familiar with FCA in 2001 with the FCA Power Baseball program and has been associated with FCA as a volunteer, FCA Power Baseball Coach, and High School Huddle Coach since 2001. He currently is the General Manager for the FCA Herndon Braves, a FCA Baseball Collegiate Affiliate Team and is the Director of NOVA FCA Baseball.
Todd and his wife Sharon reside in Fairfax and worship at Vienna Presbyterian Church with there three children Kyle, Madison, and Anna.
